Please don’t be afraid to record your ECG anytime you feel something symptomatic such as shortness of breath, dizziness, palpitations, heart beating too slowly or rapid heartbeat. The more information your doctor has the better they can make a diagnosis.

This device is on loan to you for 30 days and must be returned after your monitoring period is over, to avoid additional charges please return the devices promptly. Returning the device on time will enable us as well as your doctor to give the device to the next person. If it can’t be returned on time please call for assistance.

This monitor is an expensive medical instrument and will break if dropped, short out if taken into the shower or swimming pool and not record if the wires are pulled out forcibly. If you have a tan colored device...NEVER TAKE THE WIRES OUT FOR ANY REASON.

We look forward to your call and answering any question during your monitoring period.
